Voici un resume des sujets que nous avons vu et des conferenciers entendus:
Day 1:
Tony Robbins, toujours aussi impressionnant, une journee de 15 heures
Sujets couverts :
- Les qualites d'un leader (psychological strength + emotional fitness)
- Human needs psychology

- The 3 levels of change (in the moment, long term in context, long term across context)

Day 4:

- Robyn talk about Eco Challenge (500 miles race in teams of 4 or 5 with only "human power", all the team must finish or the team loses) Les extraits videos de differents Eco Challenge etaient tres touchants.
- Robyn a presente les 8 elements of Human Synergy
- Teams games (10 jeux d'equipes en apres midi, tres instructifs sur les 4 etapes de developpement d'une equipe)
Day 5:

Cloe Madanes guest speaker
Shore Slocum guest speaker
- Cloe Madanes, reconnus par ses pairs comme etant l'une des 10 meilleurs therapistes familiale au monde
- Shore Slocum, un speaker extremement touchant, branche sur son coeur et sur Dieu.
- The "breakthrough", nous avons tous briser des planches de pin de 1" (karate style) avec une preparation appropriee de 15 minutes (position (ancrage), equite, mouvement de la hange, vision (6 pouces l'autre cote de la planche), rapiditee, expulsion d'air en criant) -- 400 personnes, 400 planches brisees. Sur chaque planche, d'un cote il y avait une croyance limitative que nous avions, de l'autre une croyance "empowering" qui la remplace maintenant.
En resume, je repars avec beaucoup d'outils de leadership mais surtout avec la conviction que le progres personnel passe par la definition d'un "Compelling futur" pour aller quelque part il faut avoir une vision de la destination. Il faut ecouter la voie de son coeur, nous venons tous de la meme source, nous voulons tous la meme chose -- grandir et contribuer.
