Month 1 - South and Central America

The first five weeks or so of our trip will be spent in Ecuador, Peru and Costa Rica where we'll be visiting the Galapagos Islands, the city of Quito, hiking the Inca trail to Machu Pichu, sailing the waters of Lake Titicaca, sweating in the Amazon jungle and relaxing at Tamarindo Beach in Costa Rica - we can't wait!!!

Until we leave for South America!!



Well....it's now only five weeks until I wrap up the corporate life in the Software industry that has kept me busy, motivated and challenged for the last ten years or so and we head off into the uncharted waters of life on the road as a "backpacker".

For Janice and I this is going to be a very exciting time as we explore those parts of the world that we've always wanted to go or have just not spent enough time in!
