So of course we had to stop...and we stayed maybe a little too much longer than we should have! We started our time in Napa with a tour of the Robert Mondavi Winery. We learned a lot, however we really wanted to check out all of the little wineries. We stopped at some of the following wineries: Casa Nuestra, Freemark Abbey, Hop Kiln, Dutch Henry, Arista, Dry Creek, etc. Among the great wines in the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley, there is fabulous food! So by the time we left we had been seriously wined and dined. A little bit of a change for us, needless to say!

dommage que j'aie rate ca..Allier la culture theorique a la pratique sur le terrain quoi de mieux!!!!!!!!Je m'imagine les debordements d'enthousiasme et la soif d'apprendre de ton oncle Dominique s'il avait eu la possibilite d'etre dans ce paradis...Bonnes vacances, enjoy every minute of it.Lots of love and kisses.
