Edit Blog Post

Sunsets like this are a nightly occurrence. I have a list of things I need to get off of my chest before I go about doing this thing:
- First and foremost, the reason I haven't updated in so long has nothing to do with the fact that I've stopped caring about informing you all about my life. No no, this is not the case at all. I've simply, well, found things to do with my time rather than constantly updating my blog.
- Secondly, the only reason The Jets are 1-1 is because THEY lost the game for themselves. THEY were not beaten, THEY quit. So if I hear any of you mention "Oh, it's too bad The Jets lost to the patriots" then you will not be spoken to for a few hours.
- F**k the patriots!
Now, during the process of me writing those things, I decided I'd rather go about this update in a listing fashion, rather than one that has the supporting cast as a narrative.
- Yes, I'm still at both jobs. The campus coffee job is looking up, as A) I'm making around $20 in tips each shift and B) I'm now

This is Maddy. She is my roommate. working alone. This means I get to listen to my own music, make the coffee the way I want to make it, and be as goofy as I see fit. And with the market job, I'll be learning how to cashier soon, so I might be doing that. The butcher thing, well, they don't have the finances for that. And yes, I am always keeping my eye open for new jobs. But I think I'm just cozy with these right now. That's why I haven't been ACTIVELY searching other jobs.
- School is going great, I'm rocking both of my classes. On top of the reading and the tests. Yes dad, I am becoming more of an organized individual.
- I talked to a woman the other day who told me that she's personal friends with the person who is in charge of the Peace Corps. So ya know, in two years when I apply for that, I'll have a pretty promising contact. I'd love to volunteer somewhere in East Asia. I just want to help in whatever way I can.
- Hopefully I'll be coming home from the 25th of November until the

This is a effing (if that word doesn't look like a word, just say it. It'll make sense) brilliant grilled cheese I made one day.
Thought I should share. 30th. Hopefully.
- I've found a bit of a ritual in my life recently; every Sunday I'll go to this one pizza place on University Ave. called "No Anchovies" to watch the football games. They have great $1 cheese slices! Then on Monday (since it's not a work night/school night for me) I'll go to this other pizza place a block away called Rosati's. I've already gotten really used to all of the people that work there, and I already order the same thing: a cheese Calzone with bacon, pepperoni and spinach. Freakin' amazing.
- Things with Megan have had to, well, die. Despite how much I care for her and know how wonderful things would have been, situations just would not let it happen. I think we're going to be good friends for a long time, but it's kind of difficult to see her with this kid, right now. But yea. Go heart!
- My room is much more MINE now. I like it a lot.
- I've been swimming a LOT lately. I think I've been doing it because I really love the water and the activity, but also because

Wet ride home. I'm going as Adam for Halloween. "Adam who", you ask. "Adam from 'Adam and Eve'", I respond. Yea, Claire and I will be going as Adam and Eve. Now, this means I'll be sporting a Speedo (yes, that kind I vowed never to sport) with a leaf on the front covering the naughty parts. Claire, well, yea. Essentially the same, but with more parts to cover.
- I've realized how demanding this whole "Top 10" is going to be when it gets down to it. As of now, there are 125 albums that I have gone through or, at least, dabbled in. There's probably at least 30 or 40 that I have to consider. Keep in mind, it is ONLY the end of September. There are still three more months. It's going to be insane. But at the same time, I'm really excited - this has been a year long project for me. Maybe I should consider it as a career option...
But yea, I miss you all very much and hope you're enjoying life as much as I am.
Live. Love. Laugh.
