On the roadOn the roadOn the road

Didn't spent much time in Mazatlan but this was taken on the drive there. It was a pleasant transition from desert to grassland and even some jungle.
Arrived in Mazatlan at a decent hour and looked around for awhile to find a hotel, checked a bunch of places, and finally sprung for a 500 peso a night place, big huge pool (that looked questionable) and a nice room though. So we showered and hit the strip out front to get some tacos and beer, enjoyed that and then watched the mexico vs guatamala football game on tv, caught up on journals etc.

also hit up the internet cafe in mazatlan and caught up on stuff from home

pretty quick in and out but we really wanted to get to sayulita nayarit so we made the mazatlan experience pretty hasty. was a lot of resorted out people anyways, time to party soon but not here

want to post more pictures but can't, so i'm going to complain one last time about these computers and then i'm out!

Brazil
Hey dude! I think Blair and I and hopefully Andre are going to book our flights by the end of this week. Leaving around Feb. 9th and coming back around Mar.8th. Not really sure about our itinerary yet. But thinkin' about going to Peru at the beginning to do the Inca trail/Macchu Picchu. I'll inform you guys when it's all in stone. I'm also, gonna call, Steve and Gav and let them know as well. Right now it's probably going to be Rio for Carnival. So let me know if you have anything else planned for that time. Sounds like you guys are having a blast! Can't wait to hook up with y'all. Kuda out.
