Mazatlan without kids

We are leaving early Saturday the 7th from Home to Mazatlan for 7 days without kids. This is a major deal as we have not been alone for a week in 14 years. Very worried about leaving the little one as a week is a LONG time at that age and until now have not left her for more then a few hours at a time. We are staying at EL CID in the "golden coast" area. I haven't been to this part of Mexico, so should be interesting.
