Day 1 (pool) & Day 2 (Isla Majueres)

On Sunday we spent the entire day lounging by the pool. I didn't think I would enjoy as much as I did ... maybe it was the swim-up bar :-) We slept and swam ALOT. Although we used sunblock, it must have washed off. I have brightly colored and sore shoulders today (ugh). It was well worth it though.

Today, we took a day trip to Isla Majueres. It was ok (just ok) -- we spent the day on the beach and went into the main town for a short shopping trip. We witnessed an accident with one of our tour mates running a rented moped into a car. Lots of drama while they sorted out the accident, and almost got arrested. Fortunately, it seemed to get worked out.

We came back this evening and just returned from having dinner. We're deciding what to do tonight ... maybe the discotecque, maybe a late-night swim. We shall see! --> Allen

Isla Mujeres Day Trip
On Monday we went to Isla Mujeres, an island off the coast of Cancun. We spent the entire day there on the beach.
