My good friend Steve Bender was in Cancun doing research for a book he has coming out so I went up to Cancun to visit him for a few days. Bender had one of his good friends with him, Gil Carrasco, and the three of us watched David Guetta DJ a beach party. The next day, Steve, Gil, and I headed south to visit the Mayan ruins in Tulum. One video is of Gil sitting in for a set with a band down in Playa Del Carmen and the other demonstrates how crazy beach parties are in Cancun.

If you thought law professors were pedantic it is time to pop your bubble. Both Steve and Gil are law professors and musicians. Steve is also the best DJ I have ever heard. He plays my favorite music which is old school hip-hop and funk. Make sure to watch the video of Gil on Harmonica. Enjoy!
