Hi Friends and Family,

We have finally got internet access on the last day of our holiday in Mexico. We have had a fabulous time whale watching, sun-tanning, snorkeling, boogie boarding and hiking around Nayarit, Mexico. We have met lots of great people and Steven got his money´s worth of alcohol at the all-inclusive bar. We have all been enjoying guacamole, fajitas, giant prawns, and even some grade A Alberta beef at the local hangout - Tequila Willy's. We have been to tourist markets, local markets, five beaches and one island destination. All in all, a great trip. I will post the photos when I get back home.....

The photos have been posted. Our Hotel is Decameron Los Cocos in Rincon de Guayabitos, Riviera Nayarit. While it was only a 3-star resort, it was much better than expected. The staff were brilliant - the place was tidy - information everywhere. We had our first dinner at Tequila Willy's bar. He is a former civil engineer that has made a new life on the beach. We spent days lounging at the pool, hiking to neighbouring beaches and waking at sunrise for a cool run along the beach. The hotels' beach hut had the best guacamole! We all got a little burnt, especially myself and Steven, while boogie boarding. We finished off with a day a the local market, some whale watching and snorkeling.
