Tequilla guys
These dudes just walk around and if you make eye contact with them they'll start pooring tequilla down your throat and blow a whistle while they do it. Then ask for a dollar tip One of the best things about living in San Diego is how close it is to mexico. I've been down there three times now. It takes about an hour to get there and its easy to get a hotel room right near all the big clubs in Rosarito. We drive through Tijuana to get there but haven't really checked it out yet, its a fairly dirty and disgusting place. First two times i we went down for a night only. Second time we took one of Amy's friends who was visiting for a week and who i met at their wedding. Its always heaps of fun. The area we go is squarely aimed at american tourists looking for a party- especially those between 18 and 21 who can't drink in the states but can easily do so in Mexico. The clubs are really huge and hold up to 7000 people but usually aren't too packed that i've seen except spring break. I think they get bigger in the summer.
Most recently, we spent 3 days down there for spring break straight after i finished my exams. It was pretty nuts and kinda like you see on MTV. I wanted to go
to Cancun or something for spring break but was pretty expensive just for a few days of drinking. Still, Rosarito was great. By the end of the three days we were all feeling shite.
