Lake Superior & Marathon, ON

Travelled on to Marathon, Ontario that evening and decided to stay 3 days. Camped by Neys Provincial Park, and spent about 3 hours hiking into it, which ended up being our first glimpse of one of the Great Lakes - Lake Superior! Beautiful sunny day, but does seem like fall, so unfortunately into the pants and jackets. Golfed the 2nd day at Marathon Peninsula GC. Was only a 9 hole course but really pretty – much like Waskesiu GC, very treed and hilly, view of Lake Superior. Got that for ½ price because we were camped at Neys!
