Greetings all blog followers.

Today was our first full day at sea and it was a great day. We really like sea days. At this point we are still figuring out where everything is, 9 main deck levels with several dining rooms, lounges, theatre, bars, performance center, etal.

Had a good nights sleep and woke ready to go. We were in the gym by 7:30 am, both took the abs class, then Susan did yoga while I did weights and machines. We committed to mostly using stars rather than elevators, you'll note I said mostly as we did cheat a couple times when we were running late for parties.

At 11, we met with CruiseCritic.com fellow travelers for a Roll Call (meet and great)in the Crows Nest. Met ship officials and fellow travelers and had some special goodies. Anyone can join and sign up for the cruise they are going on to link together for a Roll Call. At 12:30, we sat in on the reheasal for tonight's show, then to an art auction (with free champagne), tea at 3 pm, very nice, formal dinner at 5:30. Now remember I said we had a problem dinner last night, we the Maitre'd really took care of us, got us a table for 4 at a window and comp'd us a glass of wine. Very nice. I took my suit and it was really nice to get dressed up and see people dressed up.

After dinner, we were invited to attend a cocktail reception hosted by the Signature Network with whom our travel agent, Kelly at CruiseCenter.com is a member. Lovely event with interesting people, and free wine of course. Then, a movie, called the Miracle, a true story of 3 alaskian whales stranded in the ice. We finished up with chocolates and music in several lounges.

We undergo a time change at 2am tomorrow morning going a hour further back from Pacifc time so we are hour behind Phoenix and 4 hours behind East Coast time.

Tomorrow we arrive in Ketchikan, where we are now blogging because of internet accessiblity. We will be a sea Monday and arrive in Juneau on Tuesday. That's where I hope to catch up the blog again.

Hope you are all having fun, we are.
