Atruim on Diamond PrincessHi All from Sydney Australia, arrived here today at 06:00 AM., Feb. / 8. All is fine, we are having a great time, the weather yesterday was fantastic, very hot. I took pictures this morning as we sailed into Sydney harbor. lots of picture of the opera house and harbor, but have not down loaded them yet. I here you have received a lot of snow the other day.
Very warm and muggy in Sydney today, and the locals say that this is a cool day for them, their temp: have been up in the 40C range, and they are enjoying the cooler weather.
I will post pictures later of the opera house and harbor when I get a chance to down load them. We went out exploring the city center area today once we got settled into our hotel. Will be meeting Anne and later in about 1/2 hr. and will be going out for supper.
Will put more on the blog later now that we are settled back on land.

Ouch!!!
Well we are having another sunny day in Kitimat, however 2 days of heavy snow and 12 hours with no power was a challange. But you know us Northerns we can survive anything. So what is the scoop from down under. Anne your knees look very very sore. I sure hope that you took something for the swelling and itch. Anxious to hear more from you. Cheers! Barbara
