What a super experience. Early start and cool air, but eventually things warmed up and being under the flame when a boost was needed really singed the back of the neck. The pilot was doing his first flight as balloon commander, after his fiftieth flight. I am old and my wife is younger. We love visiting family and friends and visiting places of interest as well as having the odd steam train trip, or coach tour, perhaps a boat ride. We see this as being a great way to keep in touch with our global family and global friends from Facebook.
