Blog 5 - Justinian the average trade trip to Baghdad (Final entry)

I finally have to leave this beautiful place. I truly hope that one day I can come back and see all the beautiful marketplaces and the powerful army, all of which is better than my hometown in India. I am told that I will be sent back along the Indian Ocean route again to trade, but then again we can never really trust our emperor…… The one thing that I do know is I will go back to my home a wealthier man, with a beautiful wife and 2 children, and maybe I am edging closer towards nirvana. So, Justinian the average (that is me) lives to see another day and another beautiful city.
