Hello, I´m travelling to South India at the beginning of December. I´m female and on my own. I would really appreciate if anyone could send my way any info on farely cheap places to stay where I can do some yoga, meditate, relax, beach. Maybe Kerala, Goa, Chennai. Thank you all for your replies. I will be staying in Sivananda Ashram for a week but yet to finalise the first week of my trip. I was thinking travel by train from mumbai down south and try some beaches and explore a bit around Kerala before making my way down to Sivananda Ashram.
Any more recommendations will be helpful!
