My friend Ineke bought herself a lovely new bell tent, which arrived yesterday. But she hasn't enough space to put it up, so yesterday she erected it on our field, and is our unofficial camper! I'm very jealous.
Kate was also here, as she brought Ruby (dog) for a "holiday" while she and John go to France.
I made us all some lunch, and whilst I was making bread, decided to try making a bowl out of bread to eat my tea out of - as seen in Paris. It certainly held the food, but it was rather tough bread so when it was empty, I fed it to the chickens.

The bell tent

A fun day
I looks as though you all had an enjoyable day. I am very impressed with the 'bread' bowl that you made, Carrie. Your dinner looks gourmet!
