March 15th 2007The day after Jen's arrival, we started our 2 day treck in Scotland (my favorite place in the world). We rented a VW minivan (mind you, European vans are MUCH smaller than American ones), and fit the 6 of us in it. 2 in the front, 3 squished in the middle, and 1 even more squished in the back. It was a lot of fun 😉 Our first stop was Stirling. We went up to the castle, took a hike around that area, and then drove to the William Wallace Monument. It was a good first taste of Scotland for Joe, Matt, Ross, and Kristen.
