Lettie & David

(by Becky) We arrive in Edinburgh where our next experience of hostel living awaits. Daniel, the manager of this hostel, greets and takes great care of us. We have a 2 bed room to ourselves which is clean & quiet.
We have located our sacred site near a town called Linlithgow, this is where we are going to spend the next several days, serving life in ways still unknown. So we call a taxi and in walks David. A likable guy who offers to drive us to our destination for 30 Euros. No train? OK!! Not only does he drive us but then stays with us for hours while we locate a B&B (which wasn't an easy task). He drove us to places, helped us call, he became a friend. At last, we located Bo'Maines Bed & Breakfast where we seemed to find the only place left in town. After settling in, David drove us back into town where we said our goodbyes. After eating & shopping we found a bus which dropped us just minutes from the B&B. We met 2 young girls, Bethany & Leoni, darling young girls, the taller one looks just like my niece, Madison.

Terrie and I went for a walk together. The moon was full, looking down over a beautiful golf course with a lake beyond. We were not aware that this small road was taking us to our sacred site. Looking out over the fields we realized we had found it, without even looking for it. It was a magical moment, one I will always remember.
We have only secured one night stay but our hostess moves us to what is called "caravanning", a mobile home type set up, for our second night's stay which works great for us, it is quiet and comfortable. After our two days in Linlithgow, it is time to return to Edinburgh for some sightseeing and shopping.
Now we begin the final days of Terrie's journey with us. The trek to Heathrow down through Scotland and onward through England.

Places you have seen.
Becky, WOW what a trip you are having. Places and experiences you are having together. I was in Mexico for 5 days at the Baja 1000. I look forward to you coming back, I have not been back to Teds since we were there. Do your friends know you eat junk food? Thanks for keeping me posted on your trip. Hope to see you, if you are led to return. L Frank.

Thanksgiving
~ A Letter of Thanks Giving ~ Your journey has reminded me to trust Spirit in the most immediate ~ To walk the in the intricate present as divine adventure and gifts unfold. I think of you laughing and being who you are… . which brings so much joy to me ~ often, and for some reason on so many recent days. I’m happy too… so you know. We can’t always place ourselves in the company of our dearest – when distance and purpose separates us for a time. Walking with you here as we’ve been privileged to do ~ sharing poignant and divine moments ~ to not miss you sorrowfully but to be with you as You unfold…. is Joyful. Thank You. It’s a time to give Thanks ~ And so easily given it is, the heartfelt thanks for each of you having blessed our lives so richly. With Kindest Affection and Love to each of you, Ms. Lettie, Becky, k & Terrie ~ And to all of our loved ones. Always, John Pratt Booker

Thanksgiving
Blessings John, We enjoyed your words of heart felt gratitude. They remind us that we are, after all, not so far apart and that our hearts are always connected. You would enjoy the beauty of the countryside here and the openess and kindness of the people here. Also, like you, they know how to have a good time but no one has your sense of humor. Stay Well, Love, the Girls
