We saw someone hanging out of a hotel window having a smoke but by the time Jules took this photo they had gone in..
We were up early again today and all packed before breakfast. We are going to spend the morning doing some washing before going on the 2 hour aqueduct canal tour. We finished the washing a bit earlier, the machines were better than in Hythe, so we went for a walk around the local market. Mark bought a tin of "anti-freeze" for the windscreen. I thought a plastic scraper like everyone else has, but Mr Tech wasn't going to go for the "old fashioned way".... LOL We'll see what it's like in the morning.

We had a great time on the aquaduct. It took us 2 hours to go 8 miles, but I could easily live on one and cruise up and down the country. We went across the Pontcysllte Aquaduct which is the United Kingdom's tallest navigable aqueduct which is 126ft above the River Dee. It's 202 years old (completed in 1802) and is also the longest aqueduct in Britain. It was a great trip and well worth the trip.

After we got back from the canal trip we decided to drive on the Blackpool. Not a good idea actually. It was so busy we couldn't find anywhere to

stay so we kept on driving. We ended up here in Lancaster at an inn called The New Holly Inn. It's a really nice place and has good food, wi-fi, and a nice big bed.
