D+8

We finally arrived in Dover wet and tired after another long day in the saddle. We found a cheap hotel near the ferry terminal and decided to splash out on what will be our last English meal for 12 months. Our last English meal turned out to be a Chinese buffet - as much as could eat for £9. Not exactly traditional but excellent value for money and probably one of the best meals we have had for sometime.
