Enjoyed an early Christmas with the locals here in Locks Heath. The only down side was that I had to do all the cooking. And the fact that we had to wait for Student to get back from work (he left on Friday and came back today at 7pm). Once he got here, he wasn't hungry. Oh well, at least everyone else was so hungry that they actually liked the chow I put on the table.

Other than that, a normal Christmas in the asylum. Lots of beers, fizzy wine, white wine, red wine, cider, food, cheese, biscuits, presents, a trampoline, all sorts really.

Currently just waiting for Match of the Day to come on whilst sipping a fine port.

Had my first McDonalds of the trip yesterday in Fareham. Not too shabby, but as it was only a snack, just had a cheeky double cheeseburger. Al Spendlove would approve.

Must dash, port to drink.
