Snow, snow and more snow!!
We enjoyed the beautiful thick whiteness covering the roads and pavements for a couple of days this week. Sunday night it bucketed down snow! It was oh so pretty! Monday morning at 1am, the snow was so thick and fluffy. My flatemates and I decided it was time for a snowball fight. Chantelle and I didn't last too long, however Luis and Nicolas spent about 2hours running a muck and snowballing neighbours and our bedroom windows!
Monday I stayed in bed as schools were closed due to the coverage and the disturbance to the public transport system. It was nice to be snug as a bug in a rug... though when schools were closed on Tuesday I began to worry. Days off are fun until it's pay day 😞
It was so fun to see London covered in snow, everything was so white! People were laughing and screaming with joy, there were snowball fights and snowmen everywhere! Though I must admit it was a lil scary walking on the footpaths when it started to turn to ice. Apparently it was the biggest dump of snow London has seen in nearly 20years! Was special to be here to see it!
The weather report predicts more snow in the coming days...
