NUNS ON THE RUN

Seven of us from work decided to have a night out and went to' Sing-a-long sound of music'. Three of us made that extra effort and obtained costumes for the evening - all as nuns. Beforehand we went to Verde Pizza and Pasta place just up the road from the Civic Theatre for food. Lovely food but was all a bit rushed and we had to 'hot step it' down the road in our outfits, singing 'Nuns on the run . ....'

Everyone who dressed up went up on stage and John nearly won the Nun's competition but was beaten by a buxom lady in a tight mini dress - not very traditional nun's attire!!

Had a great time, singing, cheering, booing and hissing in all the right and wrong places!
