Our only stop in Switzerland was Lauterbrunnen , a cold little town nestled in between two steep mountains in the Alps. It seems that there is a waterfall every 50m in Switzerland, it is ridiculous how much water they have. There were actually rapids flowing through the stream in our camp! It was so cold that pretty much all of us upgraded to cabins, I was especially keen after already spending 3 months living in a tent!

That night was our first major party night when we had a ‘Bright and Tight’ party in a bar called the bomb shelter, and yes it was a bomb shelter. We got a little boozed that night…
The next day we took the cog railway up the mountain to Jung Frau, where it was snowing HEAVILY!! We had our fun throwing snow balls around for the first time 4000m above see level, and then we got the hell out of there, back down the mountain and to the pub (much better).

That is all I can say about Switzerland, short and sweet!
