On thursday we left lovely paris to head to Lauterbrunnen. Or Lauters, as our guide called it. bloody aussies, come up with an abbreviation for everything! I absolutely loved Switzerland. The scenery was absolutely spectacular! it was a pity we were only there for one night. We were rooming with two lovely new zealand girls so we went to have dinner at the Oberland Restaurant and had a swiss speciality called Rosti. it was superb. think a huge hashbrown covered in swiss cheese, bacon and mushrooms. cholesterol galore but it was totally worth it! So had a bit of a quiet night that night to get up early in the morning but Switzerland is my favourite place so far.
