Why God made best friends

So really, even without the football, Thanksgiving weekend was still a ton of fun. Meg came to visit and it was like bringing home here. We had a blast all weekend. Saturday morning we went to a café for a few hours and just talked. Then we took a day trip to Aranjuéz (about 45 minutes away from Madrid) and saw the royal palace, went for a delicious lunch, and played in the leaves like we were 10 again. It was a fabulous day. But last night was the best. We went to the cuevas for paella and sangria and rediscovered ¨¡La Catrina!¨ It was one of the best weekends I´ve had in Madrid. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. See you all in 25 days!!!

Kel--being in Madrid with you was one of my best weekends of the enter term. I'm so glad that we both found the time to explore each other's cities together! I can't wait for you to come home on the 21st...I'll be waiting for you!!!! :)
