In one of the many private residences that Gaudi designed, he took the marine world as inspiration. This glass was designed especially for the Casa Batllo and lent a watery lens to the view of the inner courtyard.

Even the rooftop, which was used mainly by servants and laundry-maids, was designed with care.

This room was described in the audio tour as "the most incredible and magnificent room you will ever visit." Now that's a bold statement.

The audio tour was clearly written by a Gaudi-fan, and used the word "genius" to describe the artist multiple times (once even calling him "an undisputed universal genius unlike any other"). At the end of the tour, the narrator concluded that we, as listeners, had seen a museum that "no doubt changed your life and the way that you view the world around you." Maybe not the case.
