I finally went for the first time in Lisboa and discovered not only a great and magic city, but also wonderful and warm people.
If you ask for your way, they will change their direction, even go into a shop to get the right direction and then explain you in either Portugese or English if they speak.
The city is big, however you can walk quite a lot and the pedestrians ways are lovely with small stones.
When you can see so many restaurants and coffee terraces that mean that the people really like good life !!
Amazing prices too!! Imagine 3 coffees, 2 juices and 3 superb cakes for only 4 Euros -:))) Lol I agree with these costs.
I noticed how many grafitis there were in this city. Some of them are really fantastic !
20 years ago there was a plan to have the citizens going outside in the surburb therefore you can notice so many beautiful buildings abandonned. IT seems that now they come back to the city cntre.
Within 20 years this place will be unaffordable as all Europe. So let's buy there -:))
Then historically and culturally a very enriching city with
on top of all the river and the sea close by.
I went to listen for the first time to Fado (old songs about love and quite sad), interesting.
The weather this week end was just gorgeous and a fantastic sun. I took sun tan on my nose obviously and my forehead !
Well quite energetic and re energising before a new working week .
Just discover the nice views and the sun shine
