I was so eager and excited to go to Tanzania on December 22 07 !! and that was a real amazement, a superbissism experience in my life.
Many beautiful and unseen landscapes which I drunk with my eyes.
That's done and believe me it was a wonderism (if that does exist !)
Other travelling experiences should come soon -:) LOL
Vacation in Croatia was also very full in beautiful sceneries and that was just sunny without any exception. I always a delighted to go back to Croatia, to my roots and being on our Hvar island: deep energy
The life adventure in Switzerland in Zurich was more than beautiful, I felt the country, the nature energy and have so deep new friends for life ! Life gives us so many opportunities to meet deep souls and hearts who belong our path !
Now is another new adventure in the US in Connecticut, where I begin another chapter of my life. What an interesting and spicy life book :-)
Actually I met amazing people and have new deep friends : I love Connecticut, the people I met are authentic, deep in their soul and have a culture which is so similar to mine ! I need cosmopolitan and eclectic surrounding and I just got it !
I thank life to offer me wonderful gifts !!!

Finally some vacation, since it was more than needed ! Almost 2 years without a true vacation and the ocean, sand, sun , warmth, just farniente ! With my friend, we picked one of the most jet set hotels in South Beach ! Le Fontainebleau , could not pick a better place ! We visited Viscaya Villa, Laura was my private guide and that was really a moment of charm and the museum brought us some nice delightful gifts ! This birthday day was lovely ! We drove to Palm Beach, which has the most beautiful houses I have ever seen ! So classy ! After many years dreaming about finally seeing the true colors of the so called Foliage in New England, I got to see that wonder ! I discovered it with my very good friend Walter and we chose small roads driving South to North Vermont along a river. He was my copilot and we had fun !! We drove towards lake Champlain and took a ferry to cross from Grand Ile to Cumberland Bay in New York State and then headed towards Montreal ! Just driving through Vermont was part of a wonderful journey ! Istria - Croatia how wonderful is this part of the world

I was for the first time after so many years spending my vacation in Croatia, in Istria Rovinj ! What an exquisite little town, the old city on the sea side is only for pedestrians. The architecture is again Venitian with old stones under our footsteps. Very white. The difference between Dalmatia and Istria, is that here everything is more meticulously cleaned, and service oriented ! We ate wonderfully at a restaurant terrace and we had our breakfast facing the sea, islands and just peaceful life ! For the day, we took a boat transporting us to Crveni Otok, were we enjoyed chatting on the beach with the vitamin D! Hum the sun is so nice in Croatia. See the children enjoying life and swimming. What a great experience to work in Virginia in Midlothian exactly. I got to know my colleagues much better, my office was just great. I had never had an office just for myself and a complete view on the woods with thousands of birds with all colors. My favorite one is the Cardinal, what a wonderful red, it's stunning ! Each week end Jon and I travelled through the country side and this part of the US is just wonderful. Probably so far, my favorite ! I loved the dynamic of the nature, the views and the rolling hills are my favorite, the reason why I love Switzerland ! Our favorite city is Charlottesville, there is a real core of the city, with a pedestrian path with tiny privately owned boutiques. There they like organic cooties ... read more

New Years eve in Savannah is just a dream ! A perfect weather, lovely squares, people walking, biking and jogging ! A perfect coffee lounge terrace next to Forrest Gump Square ! Our Bed and Breakfast was lovely and the owner a wonderful hostess cooking every morning muffins. scones, cakes for our breakfast. Plus we enjoyed watching Sally met Harry in our room ! The feel in Savannah is so great, you feel at home and the people are so kind and open ! We walked among all the tiny streets. This town has been built by Oglethorpe coming back from Europe in 17000 sort of and the architecture is similar to a European one! I am so glad we could be there again !... read more

Can you imagine forests with infinite view at the horizon, hills, mountains and water falls one after the other ??? Then go to North Carolina ! This is probably one of my favorite places in the US with Oregon coast ! It was so nice to be connected to the earth, almost no one ! Treking in the woods was lovely, and the best was my siesta on a flat rock in the middle of a water fall! That give the impression to seem so small... and you capture all the senses of nature, little animal flying, leaves moving on the water, no noise or in fact nature noise ! Just perfect! The nicest thing for me was that there was almost no one and walking on these wide long beaches almost alone, what a pleasure ! We also saw some turtle nests very well protected, fortunately ! I can't make it with the crowd and being away from the hastle and bustle is wonderful ! The Bed and Breakfast, the only one on the Peninsula of Cape San Blas was great. Just what we needed! A lovely garden with Olive trees and Palm trees towards the water. A hot tub on the tiny dock , canoes : nature only, nature. Cozumel and the second nicest reefs in the world

And after the paradise of Tulum we went to the other paradise of soul and heart called Cozumel, which is a lovely island in front of Playa del Carmen . I had found a nice hotel out of every single life on the ocean side. The beach kind of belonged to us and the rooms were gigantic. I love the wild, but to be honest, the continuous wave breaking on the beach ( and believe me that's not small) were kind of making too much noise and it was hard to sleep. And there I was in Tulum which is my favorite place in Yucatan ! Why, will you ask me? Because it is wild, not too many tourists , especially lovely beaches and the hotels there are mostly cabanas next to the beach and most of them are eco lodges ! But the most important is that my heart and soul were moved by this place!!! More than 4 years ago, I had found a great cabana called cabana Copal and kept the biz card very preciously ! Well done, as finally I went there with the man of my life and we spend exquisite time in a very special place on this earth :-) We even did yoga in the morning for free!
