And More Amsterdam...

Today was a very chill day just exploring the patios and restaurants that Amsterdam has to offer. We began with a canal cruise which we knew was a very tourist-y thing to do but we highly recommend it as it gave us a very different perspective of the city (and we were happy to be off our feet).

Next, we stumbled upon a barge-patio. The patio was not licensed for serving food or alcohol, so you have to order from the pub across the street and take your food and drink out to the barge. This was a truly nice experience and we spent some time here just relaxing. We enjoyed seeing all the boaters going by with their European picnics, as well as the tourists in pedal-boats.

After this we explored a little while longer and finished off with a beer and wine at this tiny little pub that Bryan had spotted a few days earlier. We may have been the only tourists here as it was definitely a local haunt, but we lounged outside on the patio cushions like experts!
