Be warned - we have wi fi!! The actual date is Sunday 21 August. I have tried to be very concise but this is not my forte so either sit down with a coffee/tea or something stronger and be prepared to catch up or hit delete for the next few entries. I will try to include more photos (the majority appear below the blog) and less words but no promises!!! The dates reflect the day we were in each place.

Venezia - walking tour along waterfront to San Marco piazza, Bridge of Sighs, Doges Palace and walk back through laneways.

Ceilings decorated with real gold and paintings on canvas by Titian and Tintoretto.

Highlight - Excusive access to Church of San Marco in the evening where the church was illuminated to see all the gold - spectacular with verbal ooohs and aaahs from much more seasoned travellers than us.
