Lisa Bontomase From what I had heard people seem to either love Venice or hate it. Laura and I were part of the love it crew. For the most part Laura and I mostly did a lot of window shopping and ate gelato by the water. A must in Venice is to buy pigeon feed from a vender in San Marco square and fgive the pigeons their 100th lunch for the day. The birds are so use to humans that they eat right out of the palm of your hand. Many of the birds seem to think that I had bird feed on my head and shoulders. What's most interesting about this tourist activity is the bird feed has birth control to stop the over population of pigeons in Venice. If only Venice could find a way to stop the city from sinking.
