Today we are docked at Messina Sicily. It is another hot and clear day. After a huge breakfast we got off the ship to have a look around Messina. We went to see the Cathedral and the Astronomical Clock which at 11.55am everyday comes to life. The big lion on top that roared really loud and a rooster that crowed then some figures and angels that move around. It lasted for 15 mins. Then we went to see the old crusaders church on top of the hill. When I got off the bus Mickey Mouse came up to me, I am not sure why he was there but got our photo taken. Then we went and did some shopping but because it was Saturday not many shops were open. We went back to the ship and had some late lunch and an afternoon swim in the pool. We had booked tea at 6.30. I had chicken tonight. Then had a swim and an ice cream before bed.
