Sorianoa a little village near Virerbro
We went to Herculaneum were Mt Vesuvius covered in Lava. It is a suburb of Napoli. We did not go in as it was very cold and raining but we had a look over the fence. We then drove on to our resort at Sorianoa a little village near Virerbro. Sorianoa is also near a volcano but it is extinct. We are staying in the only hotel in the town and it only had 20 rooms so at any time there is only about 4o tourists in the town. We went shopping and got some food for dinner and none of the people in the village speak English and seemed very amused that tourist where shopping in the village most of the people who stay at the resort that you have to be a member of to stay eat at the resort and do not shop in the village. The resort is a 17 century palace called Palazzo Catalani.
