Our hostel, Kilarney Int´l Youth Hostel.
After a pleasant trip from Cork, we found Kilarney International Youth Hostel without too much trouble (only one wrong turn!). We checked in about 9:30am, stored our luggage and bought 2 Ring of Kerry Tour tickets @16.50 Euros each. The sights were awesome! We stopped once to watch a presentation by an Irish shepherd, explaining the different types of sheep and demonstrating how his sheepdogs work. They were something and the whole thing was very informative and only 4 Euros. We stopped for lunch at the Scariff Inn. The food was good, but very expensive (13 Euros for a small bowl of soup, a small salad, and water). After lunch we stopped several times for picture-taking and rest/shopping. Got back to hostel about 5:30pm. Bus is called by the hostel, so very easy to do, picking us up at hostel and returning too. Hostel is supposed to serve dinner, but we were told maybe... so we walked down the road to a pub/bar/restaurant (The Golden Nugget) and ate dinner there. Cottage Pie with chips and salad for me and a bruscietta for Manoli. Both were excellent and resasonably priced. Well, back at the hostel and using the internet for this (only

internet via 2 machines in reading room that take 1 or 2 Euro vendor cards for 15 or 40 mins respectively. Gonna read with Chata a bit, so we'll try to check back tomorrow from Inishmore and see if I can add some photos from Kilarney.

Hey JC, you're turning out to be a good travel reporter and you pics are very nice. Manoli, tal parece que vas bien acompaniada, y pasandotelo bien, segun veo en las sonrisas de las fotos.
