Oh, you lucky people! I was in Budapest for at least one day before my camera broke, but more about that later! I had fall break from October 17 - October 25, 2008. at Castle Hill (which used to be the Castle, believe it or not) now houses the History and Art museums

not really sure what these were, but they were within the Castle walls and the explanation was in Hungarian, but I would venture a guess they were used for defense.
