We rolled into the Frankfurt main train station in the late afternoon and took the trolley a few stops to find our rented apartment. After climbing the five flights of stairs (Glad we don't smoke any more) we got to our apartment. The owner gave us a tip of a local restaurant that has great German food. We walked a few blocks to Pielok for a great meal. Kim could not eat all her Jaeger Schnitzel so we took it home and had it for breakfast the next morning.

Easter Sunday we went for a walk around Frankfurt. We headed over to the Domplatz area. This area is where the Frankfurt Cathedral, plaza and market areas are near the Main River. We walked around the markets and then over the EisemerSteg bridge to go get some local Apple wine. It reminded us of uncarbonated cider (alcoholic). We then went to Pauliner Pub for lunch. It was sausage-tastic. After doing some more exploring we had a rather disappointing dinner and got to sleep.
