Hello, all. Here's an update for you:

Yesterday we wandered through the itty Dutch town of Barneveld, admiring the brick streets and small buildings. And bikes! Everywhere, bikes.
Today we were driven to Germany (The fourth country I have ever been in...) To fetch our... small motorhome. We drove more; along the Autobahn. Flat fields morphed into lush green, treed hills. Large ones. We saw plenty of small villages and one castle's ruins. Germany so far has a very mystical feel.

Our campground here is quite busy. It happens to be a long weekend in Germany, and the campgrounds here don't have campsites; or at least this one doesn't. It's a plot of land on a first come first serve basis. Heh heh... we barely managed to find a little postage stamp spot, but we're here. In Germany. Jealous?
