Months ago we were told that you did not need a ticket to get into a beer tent at Oktoberfest; just wait around for a table to open and then go in. Octoberfest revisited!
Hello you two! This was a pleasant flashback to my time spent in Germany back in the last century...mid 90's. Seems its beer, jolly folks and delightful pleasures are the same! Loved your pictures, espeially Munich 39!

"Girls Just Want To Have Fun"
We must include Bob & Dan !! We all agreed Oktoberfest would not have been as much fun without Isa, Jens & Marco!! They were a great addition to the festival - deciding on the food, teaching us about Germany and just making the whole (sometimes nerve wracking) afternoon a fantastic adventure. Heather & Brett, your parents are still young enough to party!! An Oktoberfest we will talk about for years!

This was a tremendous day!! The addition of Isa, Jens and Marco to our group heightened the fun. Loved the beer, the appetizer tray was awesome!! Our server completed the perfect scenario, never spilling a drop in such tight quarters. Authentic outfits were so cool. Could have done another 3 hour second shift there! Kudos to Bob for his persistence in securing the opening day reservation at the ''celebrity'' tent.
