LOL!!! Helloooooooooo peoples!!! Yup you guessed it have just been to Paris......Went with Ali and Rangi and had the most AWESOME time!!!!
Well where do I begin.......!!!! After finishing work at 8pm on the 23rd I met up with the rest of the Ratpack and headed into Manchester to catch the bus to Liverpool Airport....
So there we were waiting for the bus to come and we were beginning to think that it would never come.....All of a sudden Ali yells THERE IT IS!!! Its only on the other side of the road going the other way......So backpacks and all we hoof it down the road, it was great till my pants decided to fall down mid-run....LOL!!! Not a pretty sight I can tell you !!!!!!
Anyways we successfully made the bus and slept the night in Liverpool Airport to catch an early morning flight...Ali and Rangi managed to catch a few Zzzzs but as Ali says I'm a night owl and i didn't get any sleep at all...In fact the only thing that i remember of the plane ride is the take off and landing(barely).....
Well WE WERE IN PARIS BABY!!!!!!!! We got out of the airport and managed to

Adventure Land
find a train to Chatelet Les Halles to get a train to Torcy....we all sitting on the train tired beyond BELIEF!!!! Anyways this french guy comes around and starts playing a tune on this guitar looking thing that he had.....we were like...this is cool guys they even play music for ya on the train...Until he come around asking in French for money and then moves on to the next carriage....so we think thats it no more.....and WHAT DO YA MEAN....5 mins later this guy was in playing what looks like a cross between a trumpet and a violin......so Ali and I pretend we are asleep and left Rangi to fend for herself....All Ali and I could hear was Rangi going...ohh...uumm....ohh...no...ohh....ohh man.....So she gives him money and turns us and says "why do you guys wanna pretend like your sleeping eh"....Oh we completely lost it then and just started cracking up laughing....Until after another 5 mins this girl walks in and asks if we speak English, we mistakenly said yes....So she tells us all about her family in Bosnia and that she needs money to bring them over....We had wised up by this time and basically told her to get lost...That was until she looked at me and saw that i had a drink in my hand and just says 'You Give Me DRINK'...I wasn't going to argue she looked like she was going to stab us or something....
Anyways 11 stops later we make it Chatelet to get on to a train to Torcy(with the help of a french man that spoke no english, who I might add I managed to have a semi-conversation with in French...YEAH!!!! THATS RIGHT!!! LOL!!!!!)
The hotel we stayed in was pretty cool...it was in a non-touristy area and was the same price as a hostel with the niceness of a hotel....Anyway that same day we managed to MISH it around Paris....even though we were beyond the realm of tiredness....Saw the Louvre which was gorgeous, Arc De Triomphe, walked up the Champs Elysees and got cornered by this French guy who decided to draw our picture, but yeah he wanted to charge us €30 after he drew, so we settled on €5. We finally made it to the Eiffel Tower and just collapsed....we didn't end up going up it cause the queue was far too long, so we just lay there gazing up at it...It

was quite surreal!!! We stumbled back to our hotel but managed to go to a nice little French restaurant in Torcy, which was just what we needed after a hard tiring day of sightseeing and trying to figure out the trains in Paris €16.75 for a day pass WHAT A RIP!!!!! Thats about $40NZ!!!
Anyways day 2 was a sunday and we decided that because we were all so tired we would just chill for the day in the hotel.......
Day number 3 was DISNEYLAND!!!!!!! Man we were the BIGGEST KIDS!!!!!! The best ride was Space Mountain......it starts of like your being launched like an actual rocket....and then the rest of the rollercoaster is inside in pitch black with all these pyschedelic lights flashing around you, you twist you turn you do 360s and go upside down.....You feel a bit sick at the end but it was THE BOMB!!!! Disneyland was MASSIVELY expensive, but soooo much fun!!!
So after that we picked up our luggage and headed to Orly Airport to spend the night there as we had another early flight. But why was it when I pulled the ticket out of my bag the next morning that I was

On train from DeGaulle Airport to Paris City Centre...Vicious random busker
asking Ali and Rangi what the date was and realised that we weren't actually due to fly out until the next day....So yup another night was spent in Orly airport because we were skint and couldn't be bothered to go find a hostel for the night....and then came Germany(where it all went wrong LOL!!!)...but thats another blog in itself, which I'll put up in a couple of days:-)
Ooohh b4 I go I didn't tell you about Rangis fall and her Marilyn Monroe moment...You had to be there to see it, but I'll tell ya anyway......When we got to Torcy train station Rangi managed to do the most spectacular fall I've ever seen in front of anyone...Ali and I couldn't even ask her if she was alright, cause we could not stop laughing!!!!!! Trust me it was spectacular!!!! .....and then later that same day we were walking down the Champs Elysees and Rangi was wearing a skirt and walks over this air vent in the ground....Her skirt goes flying up in a crowd of about a million people....all I can hear is Rangi screaming with embarrasment, Ali absolutely pissing herself laughing. Along with this bunch of French girls who saw

the whole thing.....I have to say I lost it at this point and joined the rest of them laughing....Sorry Rangi I told you I would put it up LOL!!!!
Anyways guys my time is running out, I will put some pics up soon....but for now

Au revoir
