We said goodbye to Sara, Brain and Beth today. Beth took us to the train station and we are now on a TGV train from Lausanne to Paris. We have met some really nice Danish people on the train. They are on their way to Paris too. We are so excited about visiting Paris again. Jon has booked us a great hotel in the St. Germain area. Paris was the first city that Jon and I traveled to together for New Years 2001. We are so excited to go back again. We got off the high speed train and got on the metro a few stops to our hotel. The hotel St. Severance was in a great location and is in the process of being remodeled. Our roo was one of the ones that had already been redone. We had been sitting for 3 hours so we dropped our bags and headed out to walk Paris. We stopped and got a chocolate crepe which is a must when you are in Paris. We walked to Norte Dam. It was a beautiful day.
