Nürnberg to Copenhagen

Olivia arrived yesterday from Chicago and tonight the three of us flew into Copenhagen. We arrived after midnight in our hotel - the start of 10 days “on-the-go.” Lots of quick turn-arounds, overnight trains, and walking…tons of walking! We’d spent quite a few hours in two different airports today - first waiting for our flight and then waiting for our connection. Nuernberg Airport being as small as it is, does not have direct flights to Copenhagen. Instead we flew through Amsterdam (tempting to claim a visit to the Netherlands, but completely wrong since we never left the walls of the airport!)
Once in Copenhagen, we took the metro and then walked the remaining couple blocks to our hotel. It was late and we all fell quickly asleep.
