Jesus Christ, I haven't updated this in a while. But you know, busy life of a traveller, and all that. I'll do this in stages....

First of all, a post on the rest of Prague - We had some absolutely amazing times in Prague - many ridiculous things were seen and done. The Communist mueseum, situated next to a MacDonalds, and sharing its building with a massive casino was an interesting lesson as to what passes for irony in the Eastern Europe. We met my cousin, which was awesome, and odd, since I haven't seen him for absolutely ages. We discovered, in quick succession how disgusting Absinthe is, and how... interesting it can be, if you're not lazy and decide the 'sugar thing' is just a pointless bit of wankery. It isn't.

We saw the main bits of the tourist trail, and also did a bit of wandering off the beaten track, seeing the slightly dodgier, run down side of Prague. then came the kicker - due to unforeseen circumstances, Alex had to go home for a week or two. This was a bit of a kick in the teeth, and the next couple of days felt kind
