I spent this morning (Monday) in Prague in museums. Then I took the train back to Vienna, a nearly five hour trip, which is bearable in first class. There’s more room in the seats and fewer people in each compartment. Today is a holiday here, and the cafe compartment was always busy. Finally covid restrictions have eased. I'm taking six weeks to bop around Europe in May and June 2022. Past -I have a year to travel starting this summer of 2008. I will start in the United Kingdom, then cross to Ireland. Then I plan to go to Poland and Ukraine. Depending upon the political climate, I may venture into Turkey. This modern building is part of the older building, so save your ticket

unlike me, who walked over to the outside bistro for lunch, and threw ticket in garbage, thinking I would have to pay again. Luckily, the staff were sympathetic when I explained my error and gave me another ticket, no charge. Nice

I ordered it because there were no English menus and this is what I recognized. I ate half, then ate the toppings from other half.

Display about actors

In the modern building. The personal histories of actresses and actors were on display, often with info about how they were accused of supporting the Nazis (many were innocent) and their careers were destroyed. A few actually did support the enemy, often there was no choice.

The display covered a hundred years of actors. another section was about recent and current 'stars'.
