This was my second ski trip and I can say that I was much more successful then last time.

We flew to Reus in Spain where we meet our friends Candice and Javier and then we drove to Andorra to spend Easter together. The journey took +/- 2:30hs. We stayed in their house in Canillo.

The nice thing about skiing in Andorra is that it appeals to all levels from beginners to advanced. The scenery is also beautiful.

We didn’t have the opportunity to dine anywhere as we mostly stayed at home, so can’t recommend any restaurants. However I can recommend that you pay a visit to one of the various charcuteries/wine places along the road, where you will be able to taste a bit of everything they sell.

Shopping is particularly good in Andorra, as you can save a lot of money just for not paying taxes on goods.

We got snowed in on the day that we were due to drive back to Spain, and it was a real nightmare to buy the chains in order to drive down. The traffic was horrendous and it took us 4:30h to get from Canillo to Reus.

I would definitely go back there!
