roommate issues, homesick, and a rocky ship

hey everyone, finally on the ship. it is a really nice ship, nice rooms and all. it is pretty hard to adjust to everything, though--being away, the rockiness, and the roommate. i seriously must have THE world's worst luck with those. I won't say much about it on here just in case, but let's just say, her name is Melissa (for anyone who knew me freshman year). yeah. Sorry i haven't gotten back to any e-mails, it's really hectic because there are a ton of meetings to attend to and orientation, my phone doesn't work, and the phones in the room aren't set up yet or something. i promise i will e-mail when i can. I don't really have much time right now to write a lot, but when i can i will. just wanted to say hi to everything, and i really miss home.
