Here we are. Landed safely in Miami and made it to the hotel.

Things in Toronto were a little weird. Why does Air Canada have 25 self check-in kiosks and only 4 baggage drop off people working WHO then recheck everything you just did at the kiosk. I mean seriously!

And while I was waiting for our flight, there were about four or six people WAITING for their friends while the gate agent was trying to board the flight to Fort Lauderdale. These people who waited were supposed to be on the flight. I say next time LEAVE THEM!

Oh well.

We had a couple of beverages and then made it out to dinner. There were a LOT of cruise line reps and a few Expedia CSC (CruiseShipCenters) franchise partners out and about. We saw most of the head office team from ECSC out at a local bar in downtown Miami...hope they had a great time.

Will update as often as possible on the cruise conference to tell you what's new and exciting.
