just a day at the beach

woke up early for a great run on the beach. did pushups and ran through the surf all while working on my tan. luis went back to leon for money. lara and i went for a bike ride to the next town on bikes with no brakes. very nice beach. also had ice cream and a capiccino shake. came back to the oasis and saw that my finish friends were staying there as well. so we had food together and then me jenna, mina and molina walked on the beach all the way to past where i ran. watched the sunset and swam and then were told by a guy who couldnt talk that people die swimming there. so we left and then had dinned at boca de oro and reserved kayaks for the next day to go to tour the mangroves. the girls room had backed up plumbing so they stayed in our room and sleep was very bad.
