mum and dad - thought you'd like to see what a mexican post office looks like - pretty impressive ... we felt just a bit under dressed when we went in here to get our stamps!

Knitting Shop
one for the knitting girls ... this is the only knitting shop i've seen out here, looked lovely - but unfortunatley it was closed!

Sarita Ice Cream
My name is everywhere out here ... there's shops, billboards - all dedicated to the yummy Sarita ice cream. Makes life very easy when trying to say our names to people ...

Caye Caulker, Belize
It may look gorgeous, but don't believe everything you see .. there were stinky mangrove trees and litter everywhere! The true paradise island was a couple of days away ...

Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
Enter Roatan. Could have spent a couple of weeks here easily, instead we only had a couple of days. This place really is as beautiful as it looks in the photo.
